Discovery
Your project begins with a Launch! Brand Discovery Session led by Cara. This is where we explore your business in depth — your vision, values, strengths, audience and ambitions.
We’ll also examine your competitors, your unique selling point, and what your customers actually need from you.
By the end of this stage, we’ll have uncovered the core strategy that guides everything that follows — from visuals and messaging to your website and marketing.
Creative Copy & Concept Development

The best brands aren’t invented. They’re uncovered.
Concept
Following Brand Discovery, Jackie leads a Launch! Copy Discovery Session to distil your business down to its core idea — the purpose, energy and perspective that makes it unique.
She then researches your competitors to craft messaging that positions your brand with clarity, creativity and confidence.
Writing
If you haven’t yet chosen a business name or tagline, three suggestions for each will be developed at this stage.
Next comes your website copy — including homepage, story, services and FAQs. Messaging is carefully aligned with your visual identity and audience, because when a brand finally fits, everything starts to work.
All copy is search-engine optimised (SEO), with the option of creatively branded blog posts to further strengthen visibility.
Review
Once your web copy is complete, you’ll have two revision rounds before website integration. Additional edits or pages can be added at our standard hourly rate.
Logo & Style Guide

Once your brand strategy is clear, it’s time to bring it visually to life.
Design
Cara develops 2–3 bespoke logo concepts, each designed to align with your brand strategy and reflect the personality of your business.
Refinement
After choosing your preferred direction, Cara refines your design for a perfect fit.
Delivery
You’ll receive your complete bespoke Launch! Logo Package with all the formats you need for digital and print use, along with a Style Guide outlining your brand colours and fonts.
This useful document can be sent to any third-party supplier, ensuring your visual identity stays consistent, recognisable and professional across every platform.

Photos tell the story of who you are before a single word is read.
Transformation

Post-photo shoot, your photo portfolio will contain both high resolution and low resolution images. These are instantly ready for various media sources, be it print, publication or online.
How many photos you receive will depend upon your chosen Launch! package, with additional photos available to separately purchase.
